Dr Ranjitha completed her schooling at Chettinad Vidhyashram and Rosary Matric and received her MBBS degree and MD in Radiology from Sri Ramachandra Medical College. She later went on to complete a fellowship at the prestigious King’s College where she gained valuable expertise in the field of radiology.

Her knowledge of the best of both worlds led her to develop her revolutionary multi-speciality day care centre in Adyar, Chennai. She’s now able to use both conventional methods as well as innovative techniques here in Chennai.

Dr Ranjitha ensures Bhalakh Medical Centre offers excellent, specialised consultation by board-certified experts in multiple departments. The outpatient facility serves individuals who want the best medical care with comfort & sophistication.

Beyond the above, Dr Ranjitha also has a passion for giving back to the community and giving young people the opportunity to have a chance at success. She actively contributes towards policy making and quality enhancement in the college run by her family in their native town, Dindigul, with the goal of improving the quality of education. In addition, she actively participates in schools’ educational programs to raise awareness among girls and caregivers about breast cancer prevention, early cervical cancer detection, and menstrual hygiene.

He is technological aficionado and was ahead of his time during his post-graduate days. Adding this to his 20 years of experience in institutional settings, it is well understood why so many patients visit Dr Udhayashankar for their knee or hip problems.

Dr Udhayashankar was a Jr Consultant at Global Hospital under Dr Clement Joseph who ignited his interest in Arthroscopy. During his tenure, Dr Udhayashankar was the team physician for the prestigious Chennaiyin FC in 2014- 2015 where he was responsible for the treatment of sports-related injuries of the players. Helping players get back on track and continue their passion for sports despite injuries further strengthened Dr Udhayashankar’s interest in sports medicine.

He received his fellowship from the S.G Fellow Arthroscopy, Dr David V Rajan at Ortho One Hospital, Coimbatore, which introduced him to Arthroscopic procedures in this field of medicine.

Dr Udhayashankar then travelled to Kings College London where he was the registrar of the Orthopaedic department at the esteemed Hospital. This helped him gain in depth knowledge of the orthopaedic procedures and he then brought the expertise from the United Kingdom to Namma Chennai.

After being back in India, Dr Udhayashankar was a Consultant at SIMS Hospital in the department of sports medicine, offering exceptional service in the Orthopaedics department.

Dr Udhayashankar specializes in stem cell procedures for people who are suffering from degenerative or overuse syndromes with an integrated state-of-the-art facility. Dr Udhayashankar offers an array of services designed to propel a faster recovery along with medical procedures that are clinically effective, and functional training offered by guided Rehab which help users to recover quickly from injuries through mixed exercise.
